Kathy Bryant

Kathy Bryant has been actively involved in the golf industry for many successful years. She is a seasoned veteran with golf specific exposure, from direct responsibility at an individual club level through vice presidential level, corporate positions with the industry's top management companies.

A strong sales and marketing background complemented by operations experience makes Kathy a person who understands the importance of both sides and the delicate balance that must be achieved between the two to ensure success.

Kathy began her career in the club industry with CCA (Club Corporation of America) as a Director of Membership in the city club division, with tenure at the Century II Club in Ft. Worth, Texas, and the Fairlane Club in Dearborn, Michigan. Achieving status as Membership Director of the Year was a highlight of her time with CCA.

Kathy Bryant has years of experience in the golf industry including employment with the following companies:

  • Intrawest Golf (Vice President of Marketing and Business Development)
  • Western Golf Properties, Inc. (Vice President of Sales and Marketing)
  • Club Corporation of America (Director of Membership).
Sales and Marketing Experience

Kathy's success continued within the hospitality industry, but with a different venue…hotels.  She served as an individual property Director of Sales in addition to Regional and National Sales and Marketing Management positions at such entities as Granada Royale (now Embassy Suites), Ramada Hotels and Sheraton Corporation.

It was an opportunity with Western Golf Properties, Inc. in the 1980's that brought Kathy into the golf arena and the choice was one that proved to be right.  Through her tenure with Western Golf, she served as an on-site Director of Membership, left for an opportunity to be the General Manager of a private club, after which she returned to Western Golf.  She was then elevated to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the corporate level.  Kathy was an integral part of the team that brought success to several top clubs on a national and international level.  It is this vast exposure that enables her to evaluate and identify opportunities for change and improvement that result in higher success levels.

In 2000, Kathy joined Intrawest Golf and served as Vice President of Marketing and then Business Development, where she was charged with developing, implementing and managing the marketing strategies for Intrawest Golf's owned and managed facilities, along with securing management contracts for the company.  She successfully secured management contracts with a prominent residential housing developer who has golf as a prominent and important amenity.

Kathy is committed to the business of golf.  Her exposure is expansive and diverse and originated in an environment that embraced the traditions of the game of golf and further enhanced and complemented her work ethic of unsurpassed integrity, pride and dedication.
